摘要:基于制冷型320×240凝视焦平面阵列探测器,设计了一套高变倍比中波红外连续变焦光学系统,用于机载光电探测和跟踪设备。该系统由变焦物镜系统、二次成像系统和两个反射镜构成。介绍了二次成像系统光瞳衔接的方法;通过光学软件给出了系统结构及其参数,并对系统的像质和那喀索斯效应进行了分析。测试结果表明,系统实现了11~200 mm的连续变焦,变倍比为18×,F数为3,工作波段为3~5 μm,满足100%冷光阑效率,在空间频率16 lp/mm处的MTF值>0.6;具有热灵敏度高、像质好、分辨率高等特点,满足了设计的要求。Abstract:On the basis of a cool 320×240 detector with staring focal plane array, a set of middle infrared continuous zoom system is designed for airborne optoelectronic detection and tracking apparatus. The system is composed of a zoom system, a secondary imaging system, and two reflectors. The method of pupil-join for a secondary imaging system is introduced and the schematic diagram and its parameters are given by using an optical design software, then the image quality and Narcissus effect are analyzed. The design results prove that the system worked at 3-5 μm has achieved the zoom of 10 mm to 180 mm, large zoom ratio of 18× and the F number of 3. The system can offer a high resolution, heat sensibility and excellent images, and its cold shield efficiency is 100%. The compact system meets the design requirements.
