    曹 暾(1979—),男,辽宁大连人,大连理工大学光电工程与仪器科学学院教授,博士生导师。获大连理工大学电子系学士学位,英国University of Bristol电子系博士学位。曾于英国City University London、韩国Yonsei University任博士后、研究助理教授。主要研究领域:超构材料、光子晶体、光电子器件。在包括Physical Review Letters、Advanced Materials、Nano Energy、Nano Letters、Research、Light-Science & Applications、Advanced Photonics等期刊发表研究论文80余篇。E-mail:caotun1806@dlut.edu.cn

    李贵新(1981—),男,山东莱芜人,南方科技大学材料科学与工程系教授、量子科学与工程研究院研究员。1999−2006毕业于北京师范大学物理系获学士、硕士学位,2009年于香港浸会大学物理系取得博士学位。曾于香港浸会大学、伦敦帝国理工学院、英国伯明翰大学、德国帕德博恩大学等研究机构任博士后、研究助理教授等职。主要研究领域:非线性光学超构表面、超构材料、几何相位。以第一和通讯作者身份在包括《自然-光子学》、《自然-物理学》、《自然-材料学》、《自然综述-材料学》、《自然-纳米技术》等期刊发表研究论文约80余篇。2019年求是杰出青年学者奖获得者,中国材料研究学会超材料分会常务理事。E-mail:ligx@sustech.edu.cn

Tunable optical metamaterials and their applications

  • 摘要:光学超构材料是由亚波长功能单元组成的新型人工结构材料,拥有天然材料所不具备的新颖光学特性。利用光学超构材料可以灵活调控光波的传播特性,可实现负折射、隐身、单向传输等新奇的光学现象。传统的光学超构材料通常具有固定的几何结构和不变的材料特性,其光学性能难以改变,限制了光学超构材料器件的可调谐性。近年来,人们通过特殊材料或者结构来设计光学超构材料,实现了对光波的动态调控。本篇综述主要围绕活性材料(如变容二极管、液晶、相变材料、石墨烯等)和结构重构(微机电系统、柔性可拉伸材料等)这两种调控机制,介绍了可调谐光学超构材料领域的研究进展,分析了基于不同调控机制的可调谐光学超构材料的特点,阐述了可调谐光学超构材料在未来应用中所面临的挑战,并展望了可调谐光学超构材料的发展前景。
